Garden Room Project - Surrey

Project Overview
We were approached to install a compact and efficient air conditioning system in a newly built garden room designed for year round use as a home office. With large windows and modern insulation, maintaining a comfortable temperature throughout the seasons was a top priority.

Our Solution
After assessing the layout from drawings and usage plans for the space, we recommended and installed a high efficiency Daikin Perfera wall mounted split system with Daikin inverter technology. This system delivers both heating and cooling, offering the client complete control regardless of outside weather conditions.

Challenges Overcome
The garden room’s large bi-folding doors, created potential for temperature fluctuations. Our Daikin system was carefully selected and sized to manage both solar gain in the summer and insulation demands in the winter. All work was carried out in conjunction with the building and liaising with the client directly over price, causing minimal disruption for the client. Our work was completed in accordance with all other trades needed on site.

The finished installation blends seamlessly into the stylish new space, offering powerful yet quiet climate control. The client was extremely pleased with the result, enjoying year round comfort in their garden room with minimal energy use and maximum flexibility.
